As a mission-driven deconstruction company, we carefully dismantle rather than bulldoze to maximize salvage and reuse, keeping sites cleaner with far less dust, noise, and disruption. We’re a fully insured Colorado Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) serving the Boulder–Denver area. Our team delivers turnkey deconstruction and provides the waste and donation receipts you need for compliance and tax-deduction documentation. We also run Perks Reclaimed, where we process and resell salvaged building materials to the public.
Led by founder Anna Perks, a nationally-recognized expert in deconstruction and building materials management, we navigate Denver’s “Waste No More” rules, as well as demolition recycling policies in Boulder, Lakewood and beyond — handling waste planning and reporting, material coordination, and sorting and hauling to keep your project simple and stress-free.
We’re flexible and can work with you directly as the homeowner, or you can loop us in with your general contractor and we’ll coordinate with their team.

What You Gain
How It Works
① Walk-Through & Plan
We review your scope (single room to whole house), create a waste plan, confirm the schedule, and note any city compliance needs. We can coordinate directly with your GC.
② Careful Removal & Sorting
Our crew dismantles only what’s in scope, protecting the rest. We’ll remove and sort the building materials such as concrete, lumber, flooring, brick, and more for reuse, recycle, and, when necessary, the landfill.
③ Haul-Out, Receipts & Wrap-Up
we route materials to Perks Reclaimed and/or our local non-profit partners or recyclers, then provide donation receipts and diversion documentation. Final site sweep, and you’re ready for the next phase.
