Join our team at Perks Deconstruction, where we carefully remove and recycle building materials from houses and commercial spaces. We work year-round, outdoors and indoors, and we’re looking for hard workers who want to be part of something meaningful. 

WHAT WE DO: 

At Perks Deconstruction, we don’t smash and trash — we carefully deconstruct buildings to salvage and reuse materials. We remove cabinets, wood, flooring, and more, and give them a second life instead of sending them to the landfill. We work in homes and on commercial jobs around Denver — and sometimes beyond. 

THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF: 

• You’ve worked in roofing, landscaping, or construction and you’re ready to learn something new

• You like working with your hands and being part of a crew 

• You can follow directions, stay safe, and show up on time 

• You want to work for a company that values its team 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

• Help take apart kitchens, bathrooms, full houses, and commercial spaces

• Use tools like hammers, saws, pry bars, and drills to remove materials carefully.

• Load materials into dumpsters or separate them for recycling 

• Protect floors, walls, and windows to prevent damage 

• Work outdoors and indoors, depending on the job 

• Follow safety rules and stay aware of your surroundings 

• Travel to job sites in and outside of Denver (rides may be available)

• Occasionally work at night or early mornings if a job requires it 

JOB DETAILS: 

• Seasonal position: 6 months (with possibility of future full-time)

• Pay: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience 

• Paid holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day 

• Work with a crew that respects each other and takes pride in their work 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Must have a valid driver’s license and way to get to the job site

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet most of the day 

• Experience using hand tools or power tools a plus 

Must be reliable, safe, and willing to learn

ESTE TRABAJO ES PARA TI SI: 

• Has trabajado en techos, jardinería, construcción o trabajos físicos similares

• Te gusta trabajar con tus manos y en equipo 

• Puedes seguir instrucciones, llegar a tiempo y trabajar de forma segura

• Quieres trabajar con una empresa que respeta a sus empleados 

¿QUÉ HARÁS? 

• Ayudar a desmontar cocinas, baños, casas completas y edificios comerciales

• Usar herramientas como martillos, sierras, palancas y taladros para quitar materiales con cuidado 

• Cargar materiales al contenedor o separarlos para reciclar 

• Proteger pisos, paredes y ventanas para evitar daños

• Trabajar al aire libre o dentro de edificios, según el proyecto 

• Seguir reglas de seguridad y mantener atención a lo que pasa alrededor

• Viajar a diferentes sitios de trabajo (a veces fuera de Denver – a veces hay transporte)

• Trabajar algunas noches o mañanas muy temprano si el trabajo lo requiere 

DETALLES DEL PUESTO: 

• Trabajo temporal: 6 meses (posible trabajo a largo plazo después) 

• Pago: $18–$25 por hora, según experiencia 

• Días feriados pagados: Memorial Day, 4 de julio, y Labor Day 

• Trabajarás con un equipo que se respeta y se apoya 

REQUISITOS: 

• Tener licencia de conducir válida y forma de llegar al trabajo 

• Poder levantar hasta 50 libras y estar de pie la mayor parte del día 

• Tener experiencia con herramientas manuales o eléctricas es una ventaja

• Ser responsable, seguro y con ganas de aprender
